This page concerns the ANTARES website and web application. The Android and iOS applications are covered by the notice presented inside those applications.

Nothing, at present. Every item in the table above is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested, so the law requires us to inform you, not to ask you. We do not show a consent banner for technologies that need no consent: a banner offering choices that change nothing is a false statement about what we do.

ANTARES loads no third-party script, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no social plug-in and no font from another company's servers. This is not a promise about our intentions: the security policy served with every page allows scripts, connections and fonts only from the ANTARES origin itself, so a third-party tracker would be blocked by your browser before it could run.

If that ever changes — if we add measurement, or advertising, or any other technology that is not strictly necessary — the table above changes, this document takes a new version, every consent already recorded against the old version stops being valid, and you are asked again before anything new is stored. Until you answer, nothing in the new category loads.

The Free plan is supported in part by advertising. On the web, that advertising is a message written by EMT and served from our own servers. It is not selected on the basis of your prompts, your files, your conversations or your behaviour, it involves no advertising network, and it stores nothing on your device.

Rewarded video advertising — watching a video in exchange for credits — exists only in the Android and iOS applications, is optional, is never offered to accounts belonging to users under 18, and is subject to the separate consent those applications request before any advertising SDK is initialised.

Images and video you generate are downloaded by our servers from the model provider and stored in our own storage before they reach you, so displaying them does not require your browser to contact the provider.

If you turn on push notifications, your browser registers a service worker and creates a subscription with the push service operated by your browser vendor. That happens only after you have granted the browser permission, it is necessary for a feature you explicitly asked for, and you can end it by turning notifications off or by revoking the permission in your browser.

Where we do ask for consent, refusal costs you nothing: access to ANTARES is never conditional on accepting a technology that is not strictly necessary, closing a banner without choosing is treated as a refusal, and a refusal is not asked again for at least six months unless this document changes materially.

You can review and change your choices at any time from the link in the footer of every page, or from the button on this page. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as giving: one control, in the same place, with the same number of clicks. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of anything done before it.

You can also delete cookies and site data from your browser's settings at any time. Deleting the cookie that records your choice makes ANTARES ask you once more; deleting the cookie that keeps you signed in signs you out.

When you make a choice we record, on our servers, what you chose, when, the version of this document you were shown and the identifier carried by the cookie in your browser. We do not record your IP address, your browser's user agent or anything else about you for this purpose, and where you are not signed in the record is not linked to an account. The record is kept for twenty-four months, so that a refusal remains provable after the choice itself has expired.
