Scope and principle
This Policy applies to the web application, the mobile applications, ANTARES Work on your computer, remote execution and the interfaces we make available. It applies to what you submit, to what you ask the models to produce and to what you do with the result.
The principle is simple: ANTARES is a professional tool. You are responsible for the use you make of it and for the consequences of what you publish or act upon. Where the conduct of a third party, including a minor for whom you are responsible, takes place through your account, you answer for it.
Prohibited uses
You may not use ANTARES to produce, obtain, store or distribute material that sexualises minors, in any form and for any stated purpose; content that facilitates terrorism or violent extremism or incites violence against a person or a group; instructions that meaningfully assist in the design, acquisition or use of weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive weapons; or malicious code, exploits, means of circumventing technical protection measures and resources for intrusion into systems you are not authorised to test.
You may not use ANTARES for fraud, phishing or the impersonation of a person, a company or a public authority; to fabricate documents, records, receipts, reviews or endorsements presented as genuine; to harass, threaten, defame or expose the private data of others; to infringe intellectual property rights; or to present outputs as professional legal, medical or financial advice or as certified engineering deliverables.
You may not circumvent the safety, metering or budget controls of the service, automate access outside the documented interfaces, resell or share access outside the terms of your plan, or use the service to build a competing model by systematic extraction of its outputs.
Protection of minors
ANTARES may be used from the age of 14, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service. Accounts belonging to users under 18 operate with safety filters at their strictest setting, without access to content restricted to adults and without advertising based on profiling.
Content that sexualises a minor is subject to zero tolerance: it results in immediate termination and, where the law so requires, in a report to the competent authorities. No stated purpose, artistic framing or claim of fiction constitutes an exception.
Reporting, notice and appeal
Anyone may report content or conduct that infringes this Policy or the law, through the reporting page in the application or by writing to emtantares@emtaerospacetechnologies.com. A report should identify the content precisely and explain the reason; reports that are manifestly unfounded and repeated may be disregarded.
We examine reports without undue delay and in a diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. Where we take a measure against content or an account we inform the person concerned, state the grounds and the facts relied upon, indicate whether the decision was taken by automated means and explain how to contest it.
You may contest a decision through our internal complaint procedure within six months, free of charge. Complaints are examined by a person and not by an automated system alone. If the outcome does not satisfy you, you may turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, or to the courts.
Enforcement
Measures are proportionate to the seriousness, the recurrence and the intent of the breach, and may consist of a warning, the removal or restriction of content, the limitation of features, the suspension of the account or its termination. Serious breaches, and in particular those affecting the safety of persons, may lead to immediate termination without prior warning.
We suspend for a reasonable period, after warning, accounts that frequently submit manifestly illegal content or manifestly unfounded reports. Where a measure is found on review to have been unjustified it is reversed and access is restored.
